The Borough of Reigate and Banstead must have a Theatre and Cultural centre, which would cover a wide range of arts and be a Centre that the whole community could visit and make use of

This petition is designed to make the Councillors of Reigate and Banstead aware of the support the whole community has for the Harlequin Theatre and of the support that the community would have for a bigger and better facilty should it be necessary to demolish the existing Theatre
